Product Features

Nano-scale particle size and high dispersibility

The product achieves D97 ≤ 3.2 μm (some high-end products can reach 100–300 nm) through a water-grinding process, and the particle size distribution is extremely narrow and uniform.

 

Nano-scale particles give it a high specific surface area (20–50 m²/g), which can form a close interface with the coating resin, significantly improving the mechanical properties and stability of the coating. 

 

In addition, after special surface activation treatment (such as stearic acid, silane coupling agent or polymer grafting), the particle surface is lipophilic and hydrophobic, and can be quickly dispersed in both aqueous and solvent-based systems to avoid agglomeration.
